Job summary

Amazon AWS seeks a Partner Development Manager to drive C-level relationships with startup GenAI partners, aligning partner plans with AWS GTM strategies and technical roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue and market adoption for AI-powered solutions on AWS.

You will work closely with solutions architects, legal, marketing, and field teams, shaping joint go-to-market programs and tracking success against defined milestones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with startup partners to define and execute joint build, market, and sell partner plans, including GTM programs.
• Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development team to deliver startup partner strategy.
• Engage partner field sales, channel partners, and end customers to create revenue opportunities.
• Create strategic partner development plans aligned with overall AWS startup strategy and track progress.
