Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a world-class Partner Development Specialist to grow the Generative AI & ML business through North American partners. You will lead GTM strategies, educate partners on services, and enable offerings that meet customer needs.

You will drive revenue through partner programs, manage pipelines, and collaborate with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and customers to overcome challenges and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Ability to drive partner revenue through pipeline management and reviews.
• Ability to engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and customers.
• Subject matter expert in AI/ML within an enterprise partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning business through partners in North America.
• Support partners across development stages including practice, offering/solution development, enablement.
• Drive partner revenue through pipeline registrations and business reviews to exceed goals.
• Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to create revenue opportunities.
• Advocate for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally as AI/ML SME.
• Define business goals and develop and execute go-to-market plans that exceed goals.
