Partner Solutions Architect focused on Generative AI to work with AWS partners (ISVs, SIs, and consultancies) to build, differentiate, and scale GenAI solutions on AWS that drive measurable customer outcomes and accelerate partner-led revenue growth. You will guide partners in scalable architectures and enable their technical teams to deliver GenAI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
• 5+ years customer-facing experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on GenAI: LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Technical advisory and partner enablement guiding cloud-native GenAI architectures.
• Hands-on enablement: co-build GenAI solutions with partner teams end-to-end.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and accelerators for scalable offerings.
• Productize LLM-powered agents using Bedrock Agents and custom frameworks.
• Engage partner leadership to drive competency attainment and lighthouse programs.
• Advocate for partner needs to influence AWS GenAI roadmap.
• Guide partners in scaling GenAI practices with GTM enablement.
• Collaborate with PMMs, service teams, and the SA community to accelerate adoption.
