Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Senior Frontier AI Partner Development Manager, AMER Startup Partner Team, NY-based, leads the startup partner strategy to accelerate AI solutions on AWS. You will build relationships with ISVs, shape joint GTM plans, and drive revenue opportunities with startup partners and AWS field teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute joint build, market, and sell partner plans with startup partners.
Deliver the startup partner strategy and value proposition with the Partner and Business Development team.
Drive revenue opportunities by engaging partner field sales, channel partners, and end customers.
Develop strategic partner plans with measurable goals and track progress.
