Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect focused on Generative AI to collaborate with AWS partners (ISVs, SIs, consultancies) and help scale GenAI solutions on AWS.

The role combines technical advisory with hands-on development to deliver repeatable offerings and drive partner-led revenue. You will guide partner teams on architectures, model selection, RAG, and agentic workflows, while enabling co-architected joint solutions and leadership-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
• 5+ years customer-facing experience building production AI/ML systems
• Hands-on GenAI implementation: LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker) or equivalent cloud AI platforms

Responsibilities

• Technical Advisory & Partner Enablement: guide AWS Partners in cloud-native architectures for GenAI/ML applications
• Hands-on Enablement: co-build with partner teams across end-to-end GenAI development
• Scalable Offerings: create reference architectures and accelerators for repeatable GenAI offerings
• Agentic AI: enable productization of LLM-powered agents using Bedrock Agents and related tools
• Partner Engagement: engage leadership and drive AWS competency attainment
• Practice Development: guide partners in scaling GenAI practices and GTM enablement
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with PD, Sales, service teams to accelerate adoption
