U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions in an enterprise setting. You will work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI concepts to deliver production-grade AI systems.

The role collaborates across teams, builds pipelines with LangChain and LangGraph, and ensures performance, security, and reliability on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9 years of experience in software/platform engineering.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Proficiency in Python development and modern CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions at scale.
• Build GenAI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and Foundry Agent Service.
• Ensure secure deployment, observability, and scalable AI workloads.
• Contribute to end-to-end GenAI lifecycle: design, deployment, tuning.
