U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions within an enterprise environment.

You will work with LLM-based applications, GenAI architectures, and cloud-native practices to deliver production-ready AI systems that meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and performance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to build GenAI pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and Foundry Agent Service, while evaluating

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant software/platform engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Proficiency in Python and containerized microservices.
• Experience deploying GenAI/ML solutions in production and observability tools.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security practices.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions.
• Develop GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, prompts, and agentic AI concepts.
• Build intelligent pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and Foundry Agent Service.
• Evaluate performance, accuracy, and scalability of GenAI implementations.
• GenAIOps & Lifecycle Support; end-to-end GenAI lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and optimization.
• Support secure deployment, horizontal scaling, and observability practices for production environments.
• Develop GenAI systems across cloud platforms (Azure and AWS); contribute to distributed system design for scalable AI workloads.
• Utilize containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
• Ensure availability, performance, and security; participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
