U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Engineer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions across enterprise environments. The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native practices to deliver production-ready AI systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure security/compliance, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and observability. The position requires alignment with enterprise standards and may require on-site work at U.S. Bank locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in software or platform engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with GenAI systems, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
• Proficiency in Python development and Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions for enterprise-grade systems.
• Build GenAI pipelines and evaluate performance, scalability, and security.
• Support end-to-end GenAI lifecycle, deployment, and observability.
• Develop scalable applications using Python and microservices architecture.
