Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior GenAI Platform Engineer to guide the engineering approach for complex GenAI features and end-to-end delivery. The role covers multi-cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable AI-powered solutions for Global Markets.

You will collaborate with Global Markets Sales & Trading, QSDG, and Platform teams to build a GenAI platform leveraging LLMs, data, and microservices for diverse use cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps/SRE roles.
• Hands-on with multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Design and operation of scalable distributed systems.
• Observability, reliability engineering, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Defines tech stack and CI/CD/tooling for GenAI platform.
• Delivers end-to-end features and automation at program level.
• Builds and operates cloud infra across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ensures high code performance and best practices.
• Supports research, prototyping, and tool evaluation.
