Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with strong experience in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include deploying GECX solutions, architecting product-to-client mappings, and guiding delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology transformation focused on conversational AI or cloud contact centers.
• Minimum 5 years with contact center technologies and AI agent building across platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, AVAYA, NICE).
• Experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total, 6 years if Associate).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global, large-scale service tech solutions.
• Architect technical recommendations between GECX products and client environments.
• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan delivery using Agile methods, including milestones, scope, and risk mitigation.
