Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with contact center technologies and industry best practices, including AI agent building and CCaaS.
Minimum of 5 years of experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
Architect technical recommendations and align GECX offerings with client environments.
Design and engineer AI agents encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within end-to-end architecture and constraints.
Collaborate with software partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, manage on-shore and off-shore teams, and handle scope, budget, risk.
Oversee day-to-day on-shore/off-shore project teams and translate business requirements into epics and stories.
