Job summary

ClifyX Inc. seeks a senior Architect to design and implement secure, scalable Google Gemini Enterprise customer experiences.

You will lead hands-on architecture and coding for GECX across voice, chat, web, and mobile—building PoCs, integrating IVR, CRM, and APIs, and guiding teams to production readiness. Ideal candidates bring deep GCPC/CCAI expertise, experience with Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and strong Python/Java capabilities, plus a legacy of delivering enterprise-scale solutions

Qualifications

• 12+ years in solution architecture and engineering, including enterprise contact center, conversational AI, or AI/ML delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Google CCAI, CX Agent Studio, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP.
• Experience building agentic voice or chat solutions using LLMs, tooling, grounding and enterprise integrations.
• Strong contact center knowledge: IVR, CTI, routing, queues, transfers, SIP, ANI/DNIS, DTMF, STT/TTS, and CRM/backend integration.
• Proficient in Python and/or Java, REST/JSON APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and cloud troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end GECX solutions across voice, chat, web, mobile, and assisted-service journeys.
• Translate contact center needs into architecture, designs, integration patterns, and delivery plans.
• Evaluate options (Google-native, CCaaS, open-source), recommending secure, scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Build and deploy Agentic Voice and Chat solutions using CX Agent Studio, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP.
• Design multi-turn conversations, prompts, orchestration, tool calls, grounding, and human-agent handoffs.
• Integrate with IVR, telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems (SIP/SIPREC, gRPC, WebRTC).
• Lead hands-on coding, PoCs, CI/CD, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Define AI evaluation for task success, grounding, guardrails, tool use, and agent trajectory.
