Job summary

World Central Kitchen is seeking a Fundraising Operations Manager to lead the gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation. You will manage a team, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements across Salesforce and Sage Intacct while collaborating with Development, Finance, and Donor Relations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in gift processing with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, plus nonprofit customer service and strong communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in fundraising gift processing, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a nonprofit environment.
• 3-4 years experience gift entry in Salesforce NPSP.
• Proven ability to supervise, lead, and communicate clearly within a team setting.
• Strong understanding of high‑volume, multi‑channel giving.
• Direct experience with gift entry, data file processing, and data uploads.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional business writing and proofreading expertise.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic team leadership, set priorities, and mentor specialists.
• Oversee gift processing lifecycle from receipt to acknowledgement and posting.
• Maintain timely gift entry, batching, and posting to Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
• Manage the lockbox/caging vendor relationship; streamline workflows.
• Maintain SOPs, QA checks, and donor acknowledgments to ensure accuracy and donor intent.
• Collaborate across Development, Finance, and Donor Relations to optimize fundraising operations.
