Job summary

World Central Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a Fundraising Operations Manager to oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and financial reconciliation. You will lead a team handling gift entry, acknowledgments, donor support, matching gifts, and pledge follow-up across Salesforce and Sage Intacct.

You will drive process improvements, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with Development, Finance, and Donor Relations to scale operations while maintaining donor-centric service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising gift processing and donor support, incl. 3+ years in supervision
• 2+ years customer service in nonprofit setting
• 3-4 years experience gift entry in Salesforce NPSP
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead team with donor data integrity, reconciliation, and process improvements
• Oversee gift processing lifecycle from receipt to acknowledgement and posting
• Manage donor acknowledgements, tributes, and matching gifts coordination
• Ensure timely gift entry and posting to Salesforce and Sage Intacct; maintain SLA for donor inquiries
