Job summary

World Central Kitchen is seeking a Coordinator, Development Operations to bolster our fundraising infrastructure, documentation, and administrative workflows. You will partner with the Director, Development Operations to maintain SOPs, support donor documentation, and track projects in Asana, ensuring timely, accurate operations across teams.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in development operations or fundraising support, strong project management, CRM experience (Salesforce NPSP

Qualifications

• 2+ years in development operations or fundraising support
• CRM experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred
• Strong project management and ability to follow through across priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with donors, volunteers, and colleagues
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems such as Asana and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track operational tasks across the Development Operations team, ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for key Development functions
• Support cross-team project management and process follow-up for the Director, Development Operations
• Manage administrative workflows related to legacy donations and donor gifts
• Support paperwork and internal approvals for contracts and donor agreements
• Maintain organized templates and documentation for team-wide use
• Provide Asana task creation, updates, reminders, and timeline monitoring
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and help implement streamlined processes
