Job summary

World Central Kitchen in Washington, DC seeks an Associate, Fundraising Systems and Research to strengthen fundraising data infrastructure, ensure accuracy and usability of information that drives donor engagement and organizational growth.

The role focuses on data hygiene, Salesforce NPSP admin, and QA of reports and dashboards, serving as a bridge between Donor Relations and Development Operations to improve data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in nonprofit fundraising operations, data management and prospect research.
• 2+ years CRM experience with a fundraising lens; Salesforce NPSP preferred.
• Experience doing prospect research using CRM data and public sources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as touchpoint between fundraising teams and Development Operations and translate needs into data tasks.
• Conduct targeted prospect research to support donor relations and major gifts opportunities.
• Ensure research findings are reflected in CRM data for segmentation and pipelines.
• Assist in developing tools for prospect identification and portfolio-building.
• Maintain data quality and integrity in Salesforce through audits and deduplication.
• Audit and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Salesforce.
