Qualifications

• Must possess a strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to support resolution of complex questions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel included).
• Strong analytical skills integrating information from multiple sources.
• Expertise with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool with business users, IT, and leadership.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements.
• Elaborate user stories, decompose backlog items, and determine acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Perform collection, tracking, and monitoring of system and business requirements.
• Validate requirements and integration, conduct backlog refinement sessions.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client.
• Identify risks and issues impacting progress and outcome.
• Develop and maintain project/product backlogs.
• Own change control and develop Change Requests per policies.
• Facilitate configuration management for artifacts.
• Traceability among requirements, test cases, and risks.
• Report execution status and metrics across the SAFe lifecycle.
• Identify interrelated tasks to create well-documented stories.
• Become a SME and mentor junior analysts.
• Build relationships with product owners and stakeholders.
• Support development team to clarify requirement details.
• Follow Scrum and remove impediments to complete Sprints.
• Provide clear qualitative/quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
• Support change control processes to monitor project scope.
