Qualifications

• Must have strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
• Advanced experience with MS Office including Excel.
• Experience with large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use ALM tool (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Track system and business requirements; validate and integrate them.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions; coordinate with Systems Engineers.
• Manage requirements for projects; deliver project documents to client.
• Identify risks and issues affecting progress; manage changes to backlog.
• Develop change requests and ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and risks.
• Monitor and report execution status and metrics across the SAFe lifecycle.
