The analyst will manage requirements in ALM tools, drive backlog refinement, and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, mastery of JIRA, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to convey complex topics to varied audiences.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Extensive experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.
• Ten years of professional experience, with an additional ten years substituting for education.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories, decompose backlog items, and define acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect tracking.
• Track system and business requirements and validate integration.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions and coordinate with Systems Engineers.
• Manage project requirements across multiple projects and communicate status.
• Deliver project documents to clients and manage change control and traceability.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts in line with team strategy.
