You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams, and contribute to hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding a distributed engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of Angular and C# API development.
• Experience with architecture patterns including BFF and API contracts.
• Familiarity with LLM integration, observability, security, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, quality, and delivery of the Angular application and APIs/services.
• Define coding standards and drive best practices across web and full-stack development.
• Drive technical roadmap decisions aligned with product goals.
• Lead code reviews and root-cause analyses of production issues.
• Mentor geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Backend to deliver business solutions.
