Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Advanced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will drive successful hiring outcomes, build consultative relationships, and guide on talent market trends and candidate profiles, while maintaining a professional candidate experience across multiple requisitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
Experience with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success as a consultative talent advisor with data-driven decisions.
