Indiana University Health seeks a Manager – Talent Acquisition – Campus Based Recruiting to lead the end-to-end TA process across campus-based initiatives. You will partner with leaders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies, guide workforce planning, and ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with hospital goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience required.
• Experience leading TA programs design and execution.
• Experience with matrix organizations and complex environments.
• Ability to guide HR regulatory application (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA).
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, campus recruiting, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and pre-hire preparation.
• Partner with customers/leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies.
• Coach and develop direct reports to optimize TA processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compensation practices are aligned with market competitiveness and candidate skills.
