Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Sales, GTM and Business roles. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, build pipelines, and drive efficient recruiting processes within tight timelines.

You’ll also flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, advising on scope, leveling, compensation, interview design, and decision quality, while delivering high-quality candidates. This is a contract role based in the US with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Business roles in high-growth tech or related industries.
• Experience recruiting G&A roles (Finance, Legal, People/HR) and GTM roles like Sales & Marketing.
• Proven ability to work with managers on scoping, leveling, and compensation discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Business roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.
• Flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, building pipelines and running structured processes.
• Advise hiring managers on scoping, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality.
