Job summary

Our client, a leading manufacturer of prefabricated aluminum shelters and enclosures, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join the team in Clifton, New Jersey. This role reports directly to management and requires strong integrity and confidentiality handling.

You will manage the full accounting cycle—AP, AR, payroll and GL—prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials, reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, and support external accountants with tax filings and audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, GL.
• Ability to prepare financial statements with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Assist external accountants with tax filings and audits.
