Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience in Excel and QuickBooks preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and verify vendor bills
• Post bills into the system, track expenses and process expense reports
• Assist with check runs
• Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with month-end closings
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Reconcile credit card accounts
• Assist with year-end tax return preparations including 1099 filings
• Maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
