Job summary

911inform is seeking a hands-on, on-site bookkeeper in New Jersey to manage full-cycle accounting for the company and its affiliated entity. You will own AP, AR, reconciliations, GL, and month-end close, ensuring accurate, timely financials with strict intercompany separation.

The role requires QuickBooks Desktop and Online proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace with discretion over payroll and sensitive data; on-site in Wall Township.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a full-charge capacity.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (consolidating onto Online).
• On-site in Wall Township, New Jersey; no remote work.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion with payroll and financial data; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor bills, payments, and W-9s.
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging; support invoicing processes.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and merchant accounts.
• Post GL entries, payroll accruals, and maintain chart of accounts.
• Execute month-end close and prepare basic financial statements.
• Prepare profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for leadership.
• Ensure intercompany separation per compliance requirements.
• Assist with QuickBooks consolidation and year-end workpapers.
