Responsabilidades

• Own the operation—full accountability for budgetary performance, people development, and operational excellence across inbound or outbound.
• Lead and develop leaders—manage, coach, and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement—champion Lean initiatives and quality programs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience—ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met daily.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and peers.
• Cultivate ideas—source and translate ideas into actionable improvements across the network.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and the broader network.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk/stand for long durations in a large FC facility.
• Work in construction/distribution environments that may be noisy, unheated, or not air-conditioned.
• Access all areas of building safely (ladders, stairs, gangways).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
