Job summary

Flexport is seeking a seasoned Account Manager III, Fulfillment to serve as the trusted liaison between merchants and internal teams, driving merchant retention and satisfaction across fulfillment services.

You will lead strategic relationships with major clients, build account plans, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales to align Flexport’s capabilities with client needs while identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in account management or client success with project leadership.
• Proven track record of managing a substantial book of business ($15M-$30M).
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional project teams.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment industries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels.
• "Compliance-first" mindset with commitment to regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with significant accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and Flexport growth.
