Flexport in the United States is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager, Fulfillment to join our dynamic team. You will serve as a trusted liaison between merchants and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across fulfillment services.

You will lead cross-functional projects, cultivate deep client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive retention and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management or client success with demonstrated leadership of projects and strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record managing and growing significant client relationships (>$25M book).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams delivering measurable results in supply chain or fulfillment.
