Plug Power in Marysville, OH is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to maintain and service fuel cells on-site. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade systems, providing emergency support when needed and coordinating parts with the Field Service team.

Strong communication and a safety-first mindset are essential. The role requires 3+ years of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, a valid driver license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the capacity to travel to customer sites.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical electrical coursework.
• 3+ years of direct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record; ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Lift truck knowledge is preferred; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and evaluations to maintain fleet at a location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to fuel cells.
• Provide emergency support to customers as required.
• Purchase tools, equipment and parts for service as needed.
• May involve troubleshooting high-pressure hydrogen storage systems.
• Coordinate with customers and hydrogen suppliers; maintain safety and documentation.
• Travel as required; represent Plug Power professionally.
