Job summary

Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician - Honda in Marysville, OH to maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites with strong diagnostics and communication skills. The role involves field retrofits, software/hardware upgrades, and emergency support as needed.

The position requires 3+ years of field service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Safety and 5S standards are emphasized, with frequent travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate fleet at location.
• Perform field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide emergency support as required.
• Report breakdowns and maintain service logs.
