Job summary

Plug Power seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain and service fuel cell systems in electric lift trucks at customer sites. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and upgrade systems, support field retrofits, and provide on-call service while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and operate a motor vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Software and hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells and field retrofits.
• Provide on-call and emergency support as required.
• Order parts and manage tools and equipment for field service.
