Job summary

Plug Power is seeking a Field Service Technician for Marysville, Ohio. You will maintain and service fuel cells in electric lift trucks, perform diagnostics, and carry out field retrofits and upgrades. Travel to customer sites is required, with emphasis on safety, communication, and timely problem solving.

The role requires a high school diploma with electrical coursework and at least three years of relevant mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform field service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain fleet.
• Field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to fuel cells.
• On-call and emergency support as required.
• Communicate with customer personnel and suppliers about service activities.
• Complete service logs, incident reports, and documentation.
