Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician in Marysville, OH to service fuel cells at customer sites, perform diagnostics, and carry out field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades.

The role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication with customers and operators. The position offers non-exempt hourly status with travel as needed, and requires a valid driver license, physical capability to lift 50 pounds, and a high school diploma with electrical coursework.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a specific location.
• Perform specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
• Provide emergency support service to customers as required.
• Travel as required for business needs; drive safely and adhere to traffic laws.
