Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Marysville, OH location. The role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and servicing fuel cells installed in electric lift trucks, with responsibilities including reporting breakdowns, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate service logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with electrical coursework.
• 3+ years in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and knowledge of lift trucks is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate to maintain fleet at location.
• Report breakdown events, order parts, and maintain service logs.
• Provide on‑call and emergency support as required; travel as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and communicate with customers and hydrogen suppliers.
