Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a field sales leader to grow fuel additives and renewable fuels sales across assigned markets. You will lead strategic account development, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with the Energy Division leadership to drive long-term growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 5+ years in the petroleum industry. Expect home-based work with 2–3 weeks of travel per month across NE, IA, MO, IL, OH and other Midwest states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is normally required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks per month and manage field activities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales and gross income targets in the assigned market.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive demand for fuel additives and renewable fuels.
• Create annual sales plans with targets and opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales techniques, staying informed on products and customer needs.
• Recommend and use sales programs to boost forward/pre-buy sales.
• Provide market intelligence to pricing and management teams.
• Represent GROWMARK at trade shows and industry meetings.
