Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional consultative selling skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and effectively communicating value to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Strong value selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate value propositions, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Strong product demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively showcase product features and benefits through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Leading strategic, complex, platform opportunities and architecting technology solution strategies.
Identifying key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the solution landscape, developing solution maps.
Providing expert guidance to sales and deal teams on differentiating with Workday technology.
Collaborating across Value Management, Services, and Customer Success Management to create lasting customer relationships.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
