Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Principal to lead enterprise-scale Workday architecture initiatives for clients in the United States. You will partner with stakeholders, define roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable designs aligned with business goals.

You will mentor technical teams, drive solution delivery across Workday Cloud, Extend, Studio, and Integrate with complex ERP landscapes, while shaping proposals and contributing to industry thought leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in Workday technical skills like Extend, Studio, xslt, orchestrate.
Experience in leading and solution architect role on Workday cloud projects.
Experience in HCM/ERP modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn Time & Labor, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Costing).
Extensive Experience in Workday HCM/ERP implementation or support projects and related Workday domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements and align with market demands.
Drive scalable, secure architectural designs and ensure standards compliance.
Lead solution evaluation, assess client landscape, and develop a transformation roadmap.
Define short, medium, and long-term milestones for integration and modernization.
Advise technical teams and client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
Drive performance optimization and mitigate architectural risks.
Contribute to proposals and go-to-market materials with sales teams.
Represent Infosys in industry forums and professional publications.
