Job summary

You will mentor teams, govern security and enterprise integrations, and partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive thought leadership and successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Workday Solution Architecture and related ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday solutions across multiple engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and clients.
• Experience coaching and leading technical teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across multiple Workday client engagements.
• Design and recommend cross-platform Workday solutions aligned to business goals.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead risk, issue and decision management throughout projects.
• Mentor Product Leads and technical teams to raise capability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, training and delivery to develop solution content.
• Oversee governance, security, and compliance in Workday designs.
