Job summary

Workday, Inc. seeks a senior presales leader to guide complex enterprise finance solution designs using Workday Financials and related cloud tech. You will lead discovery, craft technical presentations, and coach sales teams on strategy and solution design.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to align solutions with client needs and market trends, delivering demonstrations and POCs for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business process analysis for enterprise finance (GL, AP, AR, Banking, FA, Close)
• Five+ years designing solution approaches and POC configurations
• Five+ years delivering software demos to business and technical audiences
• Five+ years applying GAAP/IFRS and internal control concepts in design
• Five+ years preparing RFI/RFP responses and solution docs

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to analyze requirements and design advanced architectures.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and POC configurations for executives.
• Guide sales teams on solution strategy, scope, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to influence roadmap priorities.
• Provide technical consultation on design, configuration options, and integration strategies.
