Moody’s Corporation seeks a senior architect to lead enterprise Workday integrations and define the overall integration strategy across the organization. You will steer architecture across HCM, payroll, identity management, and data platforms, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday, cloud-native patterns, and governance, with a track record of delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

• Extensive experience leading enterprise Workday integrations.
• Proven ability to architect cross-enterprise integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influence.
• Security, governance, and regulatory compliance focus.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the enterprise Workday integration strategy.
• Architect complex Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Maintain enterprise architecture diagrams and workflows.
• Advise HR system owners and executives.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid integration solutions on AWS/Azure.
• Enforce governance and coding standards for security.
• Lead reviews, mentor engineering talent, drive excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI for strategic planning.
