Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking a seasoned Assistant Director of Front Office for a luxury lifestyle hotel in Miami.

This senior role leads the Front Office with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial and operational performance. You will mentor the Front Office team, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless, personalised service across a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive Front Office or Rooms Division leadership experience in a luxury hotel.
• Deep expertise in hotel rooms division operations with a proven track record in guest satisfaction and team engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations to deliver luxury service standards.
• Champion the guest experience across all touchpoints, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personalised, and memorable.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Front Office team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Uphold brand standards across all guest-facing areas and take ownership of service recovery when needed.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of labour, room revenue optimisation, and departmental KPIs.
• Oversee the 24-hour operation, ensuring seamless communication and continuity across all shifts.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements to continually elevate satisfaction scores.
