Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive Front Office or Rooms Division leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong guest-satisfaction focus and team engagement.
• Proven budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations to luxury service standards.
• Champion guest experience across touchpoints with personalised interactions.
• Develop and coach Front Office team; manage performance and growth.
• Uphold brand standards and manage service recovery when needed.
• Drive labour control and room revenue via KPIs and optimization.
• Oversee 24-hour operations ensuring seamless shifts and communication.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B for cohesive guest experience.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements to raise satisfaction scores.
