Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of freight pricing strategy and transportation execution.
• Experience with Full Truckload, Dry Van, Reefer, or multi-modal freight.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Generate new freight opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Grow and manage an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
• Expand existing customer business through account development strategies.
• Develop competitive and profitable freight pricing strategies.
• Coordinate transportation solutions across FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Drayage, Intermodal, and other freight.
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to support freight execution.
• Resolve service issues, claims, and transportation challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and account activity to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information within TMS and internal systems.
