Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow shipper and carrier relationships
• Secure freight, negotiate rates, and book loads efficiently
• Source and vet carriers to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability
• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, proactively resolving issues
• Maintain accurate load documentation and records in the TMS
• Track market trends, capacity, and pricing to maximize margins
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication
• Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
