N/A is seeking an experienced Senior Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Executive to drive growth in freight brokerage, 3PL, and logistics sales. The role emphasizes generating new business, expanding gross margin, and managing customer relationships while leveraging an existing transferable book of business.

The candidate will prospect, quote, negotiate, and close FTL/LTL opportunities, build strong carrier and shipper networks, and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time shipment execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation sales, or logistics sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and gross margin.
• Existing transferable book of business highly preferred.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Hunter mentality and ability to independently generate opportunities.
• Strong customer and carrier relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• No active non-compete or restrictive agreement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable book of freight business.
• Prospect and acquire new shipper and customer accounts.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
• Identify additional freight opportunities within existing accounts.
• Quote, negotiate, and close FTL/LTL transportation opportunities.
• Build relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful shipment execution.
• Consistently achieve monthly gross-margin and business-development targets.
