HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to join our client partner in Grapevine, Texas. This full-time onsite role focuses on business development, account management, and delivering customized freight solutions across multiple modes.

The CRA will expand customer relationships, generate new business, manage transportation accounts, and partner with operations to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of non-asset freight brokerage experience
• Proven transportation business development and account management success
• Strong knowledge of freight pricing and transportation operations
• Experience coordinating multiple freight modes (FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Intermodal, Drayage, Oversize)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, Texas
• U.S.-based applicants only
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Generate new freight opportunities through proactive business development and relationship-building initiatives
• Develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of transportation brokerage accounts
• Expand existing customer partnerships through strategic account development and consultative sales
• Coordinate freight solutions including FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Intermodal, Drayage, and Oversize shipments
• Develop competitive freight pricing strategies balancing customer satisfaction with profitability
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations to ensure shipment execution
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor freight market conditions and emerging opportunities
• Maintain customer records using TMS and CRM tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service while increasing account revenue and retention
