You will secure freight, negotiate competitive rates, and book loads efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance.

With 2+ years of broker experience, you will monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Freight Agent.
• Strong understanding of freight markets, lanes, and pricing.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with TMS platforms and load boards.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
