Responsibilities

• Develop new shipper relationships through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Secure carrier capacity and build strong carrier partnerships.
• Manage freight from pickup through delivery, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Negotiate buy and sell rates while maximizing profitability.
• Track shipments, resolve service issues, and maintain load information.
