Qualifications

• Experience in fraud operations in SaaS/Fintech/Payments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review risk alerts from fraud models daily.
• Investigate suspicious activity using internal and external data sources.
• Apply risk controls to minimize losses while preserving legitimate customers’ experience.
• Engage with merchants to educate on fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
• Support complex investigations and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Drive improvements to policies, processes and tools for risk detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk-related issues.
• Take ownership to resolve issues with speed and balance.
